Does Networking Stress You Out?

Insider Tip Face-to-face networking can be stressful. For that reason many people now prefer to network through social media. You’d be surprised at the connections you can make working together in a group. Or if you are really shy, even better, network with a friend. Research suggests that social media, while fast and expeditious, does not compare to personal face-to-face connections.
